EFT is a procedure used by thousands of practitioners around the world which has helped people find relief from physical discomfort, panic/anxiety attacks, traumatic memories, guilt, grief and phobias. It is an elegantly simple approach which often achieves substantial relief in just minutes.
EFT is based on the theory that “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” Accordingly, EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture except that needles are not used. Instead, we tap with the fingertips to stimulate certain meridian energy points while “tuned in” to the problem.
EFT is often the ‘missing link’ when people are not successful with Positive Affirmations. When Positive Affirmations don’t work, it’s because there are competing underlying negative beliefs, which EFT addresses and helps to ‘reprogram’. Its as if you are downloading an upgraded version your ‘personal software’.
Also, when combined with Core Energetics, EFT helps people quickly release old beliefs and feelings associated with the unproductive personality patterns.
EFT was founded by Gary Craig. (see www.emofree.com)
EFT is used by Cris to help with personal growth, and is not a substitute for Medical Treatment.
Core Energetics is a catalytic process for personal growth that taps all levels of consciousness – the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Core Energetics is unique in that it works on the principle that whenever we are “stuck” in life, there are emotions from unresolved trauma actually crystallized in our bodies physically and energetically. By stressing these blocks with specially designed exercises, feelings associated with past trauma are brought to awareness and resolved. As a result, a tremendous amount of energy from the Heart is released and people become more of their True Self, making new, more fulfilling choices in their life.
Core Energetics was founded by noted psychiatrist John Pierrakos, MD. Built on the foundation of the works of Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung and Wilhelm Reich, Core Energetics also incorporates the spiritual approach of the Pathwork Program. (see www.coreenergetics.org)
